Saifuddin Nasution prohibited from entering Sarawak

KUCHING: The secretary-general of Parti
Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Datuk Saifuddin Nasution Ismail was prohibited
from entering Sarawak as soon as he arrived at the Sibu Airport this
morning.
Confirming this today, State Immigration Deputy Director, Hamfatullah Syawal Hamdan said the Immigration Department had received instructions not to allow Saifuddin to enter Sarawak.
"The officer on duty informed Saifuddin that he was not allowed into Sarawak.
"The Immigration Department did not take a long time to carry out the instruction and he (Saifuddin) gave his cooperation and observed the prohibition," he said when contacted by Bernama.
He added that Saifuddin then returned to Kuala Lumpur.
